Nearly 50 mutilated bodies dumped on Mexico highway
Sun May 13, 2012
I wonder if we would tolerate 50,000 dead in a gang war. Especially if that war was precipitated by the failed drug policies of our neighboring countries. What would we do? This will soon spill onto our own streets, unless we start coming up with real solutions.
Obama: 'I think same-sex couples should be able to get married'
Wed May 9, 2012
Oh, the times, they are a-changin'! And about time! Thank You, Mr. President!
Marine who criticized Obama on Facebook should be dismissed: panel
Fri Apr 6, 2012
He should be thankful that, during a time of war, spouting anti-American rhetoric didn't earn him a firing squad. Any real Marine knows that you can't diss a superior officer, and that includes the Commander-in-Chief.
Wealthy would benefit most from Romney plan
Fri Jan 6, 2012
In the Middle (yea, right) asks: BTW: You love Obama so much. Just what has he done for YOU PERSONALLY that has improved your life? I don't mean some hypothetical "if this and if that" happens ............
Wealthy would benefit most from Romney plan
Fri Jan 6, 2012
Figures - yet another (R) telling us how he wants to help the struggling middle class while actually trying to transfer their collected wealth to the top 1%.
2 students shot at Texas middle school
Mon Dec 12, 2011
I suppose I could understand an accident if ONE of these kids was shot.... but BOTH OF THEM?? And in the back, no less. Isn't there some kind of code (even in Texas) about shooting someone in the back?
Paul says no to Trump, joins Huntsman in skipping debate
Sat Dec 3, 2011
How ironic that the two most intelligent and capable candidates are opting out of this debate debacle. I can't agree with them more.
Black Friday crowds: 'It was insane ... it was crazy'
Fri Nov 25, 2011
Why anyone would go shopping in such an atmosphere is beyond me. What a stupid senseless waste of energy. Sounds like pure misery.
Credit union business grows as consumers sour on banks
Thu Nov 3, 2011
credit unions are NON-PROFIT, so of course they don't - they don't take your money and give it to shareholders, they put it all back into the operation. This is why you can get better deals and better service. What's wrong with that?!?
Credit union business grows as consumers sour on banks
Thu Nov 3, 2011
All the more reason for ALL of us to move over to the credit unions, so they have plenty of money (and yes, they have a lot of money, what they don't have are CEOs making millions a year or shareholders demanding a profit increase every quarter)!
